Wordsmith Projects

Heading into 2026, Joanne wanted to take a more structured approach to marketing Wordsmith Projects.
She knew she wanted to invest in marketing and had a budget available, but needed greater clarity around where that budget should be spent, which activity to prioritise and how to understand whether her investment was actually delivering a return.
We worked with Joanne to bring all of that thinking together into a practical Marketing Plan for 2026, giving her the information and structure she needed to approach the year with a clear direction.
Strategy

We started by looking at what Wordsmith Projects wanted to achieve and what role marketing needed to play in supporting those wider business objectives.
From there, we helped Joanne understand where to focus her efforts, which channels and activities should be prioritised and how her available budget could be allocated across the year. The aim was to move away from making individual marketing decisions in isolation and instead give every activity a clear purpose within the wider plan.
An important part of the strategy was measurement. We gave Joanne a framework for understanding marketing spend and calculating return on investment, so she could assess what was performing, make more informed decisions about future investment and have greater visibility over what her marketing was contributing to the business.
We then brought everything together into a structured Marketing Plan for 2026, giving Joanne a practical document she can use to guide her activity throughout the year.
Wordsmith Projects now has a clear direction for its marketing, with Joanne equipped to plan activity, manage her budget and measure performance with much greater confidence and structure.

“I needed help bringing more structure to my activity and making better decisions about how to allocate my annual marketing budget.
The in-person strategy session was incredibly useful. The team took the time to understand everything I had been doing, what had worked, what hadn’t, and where I was currently spending my budget. What I really appreciated was that the plan wasn’t about chasing lots of new clients for the sake of it, it was focused on creating visibility, maintaining consistency, and replacing natural client churn which is exactly what I wanted.
Big Reputation then created a practical plan that I can refer back to each month, showing what activity needs to be done and giving me a simple way to track spend and analyse ROI.
The plan is clear, straightforward and easy to understand, which is exactly what I needed. I would definitely recommend Big Reputation to any business owner who wants more clarity, structure and confidence around their marketing”
