We’ve worked in-house, client-side, and agency-side. We know what it’s like to build something from the ground up. And we’ve seen the difference between marketing that looks good on paper and marketing that actually performs.

    Managing Director
    As a Chartered Marketer with 10 years of marketing and sales experience in B2B organisations, I founded Big Reputation on the premise that great relationships drive great results. I’ve always been really ambitious and love working with brands and founders who want to build a legacy - we want to be here for a good time, and for a long time. When I’m not working, I can’t sit still - you’ll find me keeping active doing anything from HYROX, reformer pilates to getting walked by my dog. I also love reading, going to the theatre and having a laugh with my friends.

    At Big Reputation, I’m gaining hands-on experience by supporting the team with content scheduling, campaign planning, and client support. I’m always looking to build my skills and confidence while learning how great marketing works. I’m driven by curiosity, creativity, and the excitement of seeing ideas come to life, all while being part of a team that values growth and fresh thinking. I thrive in energetic environments and love learning as I go. And when I’m not in the office, you’ll find me shopping, at a concert, or on the hunt for the perfect iced coffee.

    I’m passionate about design and love combining creativity with marketing strategy to bring ideas to life. I’ve worked at multiple design and marketing agencies, building my skills over the years to help businesses grow their brands and stand out from the competition. Outside of work, l’ve been a Girlguiding leader for over 10 years and love our weekly sessions and going on crazy adventures with my Brownies. I’m also a keen traveller and tend to take a ridiculous number of photos wherever I go!
